摘要
为满足袋装物料在火车篷车装车系统中转载车的使用要求,设计出一种与转载车配套使用的新式伸缩式装载机构.机构由升降机构、伸缩机构及伸缩臂实现货物的拾取、抬升、缩回等操作.介绍了各机构的相对运动过程,建立了运动数学模型.利用虚拟设计软件Pro/E建立各零件的模型并虚拟装配,运用虚拟样机仿真分析软件ADAMS对装载机构进行动态仿真,研究其动态特性,验证了装载机构的合理性.
In order to meet the requirements of the reprinted car packaging goods in caravan loading system,a new design of a feasible loading mechanism is put forward. It consists of the lift mechanism, stretch mechanism and telescopic jib. The relative motions of the agencies are introduced, and the mathematical model of the movement is established. Its dynamic simulation is conducted by the virtual design software Pro/E and prototype simulation analysis software ADAMS. Its dynamic characteristics are studied and its rationality are proved.
