摘要
以价值工程的基本原理为基础,应用Delphi法确定了F0、F1、F2三级结构加固方案优选的功能指标体系;应用层次分析法建立了经济性、施工性、技术性比较矩阵;通过功能系数、成本系数和价值系数建立了对结构加固方法进行定性定量优化分析的理论模型.通过工程实例分析得出方案2为最优加固方案,分别是方案1的1.04倍和方案3的1.35倍,证明价值工程原理在优选结构加固方案中具有可靠的应用价值.
Based on value engineering,the Delphi method was used to determine the functional indicators of F0 .F1 .F2 preferred in the tertiary structure reinforcement. The first step is applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to conduct comparison matrix of economy, construction and technology; then the established theoretical model conducts the qualitative and quantitative analysis of optimization for structural re- inforcement methods through functional coefficients, cost coefficients and the value coefficients. The second program is the best as it is 1.04 times of the first program and 1.35 times of the third one of reinforcement. Hence,it is proved that the principle of value engineering is reliable and valuable in engineering projects.
