摘要
目的利用双源CT能谱成像技术判断不同性质与比重液体的特性。材料与方法配置盐水与血浆两组液体,每组均配置1.010、1.013、1.015、1.018及1.020 5种不同比重的液体各50 ml,采用双能量CT扫描后将图像载入工作站,运用Dual Energy Monoenergetic软件,分别测量两组不同比重液体从40~190 Kev的CT值,并绘制出不同比重液体的能谱曲线图。结果两组曲线在低能量(40~70 Kev),其CT值呈明显下降趋势,在高能量(80~190 Kev),其CT值呈平台期。两种不同液体呈现两种不同的曲线形态,盐水组曲线曲率较血浆组大,有着明显下降段;血浆组曲线曲率较小,下降段较盐水组平缓。不同性质的液体有不同的曲线形态,相同性质不同比重液体有着不同的曲线分布,在低能量时尤为明显。结论能谱成像对不同性质与比重液体有一定的鉴别作用。
Objective To determine the different nature and proportion of liquids using dual source CT monoenergetic imaging. Methods Two groups of Saline fluid and plasma were prepared as two grouos. In each group, 50ml of liquid with five different proportions as 1. 010,1. 013, 1. 015,1. 018 and 1. 020 were performed dual energy CT scan. The CT value of two kinds liquids in different proportions were measured from 40 to 190Kev using dual energy monoenergetic software. Energy spectrum curves were drawn. Results At low energy of 40 - 70 Kev, The curves of two groups showed significantly decreased. At high energy of 80 - 190 Key, the curves showed plateau value. Two kinds of liquid showed different curve shape. The curvature of curve in saline group was bigger than that in plasma group. Different types of curve were showed in different proportions, especially at low energy. Conclusion Dual source CT monoenergetic imaging plays a role in indentifying different kinds of liquid and different proportion.
