摘要
目的了解门诊高危人群男性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)亚临床感染和隐性感染情况及亚型分布,为制定HPV感染的预防策略提供依据。方法采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术对1206例性病门诊高危男性人群进行HPV分型检测。结果 HPV阳性342例,阳性率为28.36%;其中低危型174例,占50.88%,常见亚型为HPV11,HPV6和HPV42;高危型168例,占49.12%,常见亚型为HPV16,HPV52,HPV58和HPV33。342例阳性患者,单一感染67.54%(231/342),二重感染21.05%(72/342),多重感染11.40%(39/342)。结论本地区高危男性人群亚临床和隐性感染率较高,以HPV11,6,16,52,58,33等亚型为主;感染者以单一亚型为主。
Objective To assess the prevalence of subclincal, latent infection and genotype distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV) among male out-patients in high risk population, and to provide a basis prevention strategies for HPV infection. Methods Twenty-one subtypes of HPV from 1 206 cases were detected ,using flowthrough hybridization and gene chip technology. Results In 342 HPV-positive cases, the infection rate was 28.36% ; The rates of low risk and high risk HPV types in HPV positive cases were 50.88% (174/342) and 49. 12% ( 168/342), respectively. The most notable low risk HPV types were HPV11, HPV6 and HPV42, and the most notable high risk HPV types were HPV16, HPV52, HPV58 and HPV33. The rates of HPV single infection, dual infection and multiple infection in HPV postive cases was 67.54% (231/342), 21.05 % (72/342) and 11.40% ( 39/342), respectively. Conclusion In this region, the rate of subclincal and latent infection of HPV in out-patient high-risk male population was high, and the most common genotype of HPV types were HPV11, HPV6, HPV16, HPV52, HPV58 and HPV33. Most of patients were single infection.
