婴幼儿Kaposi水痘样疹2例并文献复习

摘要 例1女,头面部起疹伴痒4个月,加重伴起水疱、发热3d。例2男,全身起疹3个月,头面部起水疱伴发热3d。均诊断为Kaposi水痘样疹。2例患儿均予更昔洛韦联合人免疫球蛋白治疗后痊愈。 Case 1 , a six-month-old infant had presented with erythra on her head and face for 4 months, blistering and fever for 3 days. Case 2, a six-month-old infant had presented a pruritic eruption 077 the whole body for more Ihan 3 months, blistering for 3 days on his head and face. Dignosis： Kaposi＇ s varicelliform eruption. Both patients were successfully treated with ganciclovir and human immunoglobulin.
