固定化微生物菌剂与蕹菜对中华鳖养殖污水的净化效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决中华鳖(Trionyx sinensis)养殖所造成的水环境污染问题,研究利用海藻酸钠、沸石对复合光合菌剂和枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂分别进行固定化,并研究了不同固定化微生物菌剂与蕹菜对中华鳖养殖污水的净化效果。结果表明:净化处理15d后,利用固定化微生物菌剂与蕹菜共同处理组对中华鳖养殖污水的净化处理效果最好,养殖污水的CODMn、NH 4+-N、NO3-N、NO 2-N、PO34的去除率分别为88.7%、87.3%、90.8%、98.3%、74.9%。蕹菜处理组对于NO3-N、NO 2-N、NH 4+-N的去除率显著高于固定化复合光合菌剂处理组和固定化枯草芽孢杆菌处理组。固定化复合光合菌剂处理组对于NO3-N、NO 2-N、NH 4+-N的去除率显著高于固定化枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂处理组,但固定化枯草芽孢杆菌处理组对于污水的CODMn的去除率最高,可达90.6%。 Abstract: Trionyx sinensis is one of precious and high economic valued aquatic animals, which has important edible and medical value. Trionyx sinensis has been intensively artificially fed in our country. However, the outbreak of dis- eases happened frequently in Trionyx sinensis culture, due to aquaculture water pollution caused by the baits and feces left in culture. The aquaculture wastewater in Trionyx sinensis culture was discharged at will, which also lead to serious environmental pollution. In order to solve the environmental pollution problem produced by Trionyx sinensis culture, the complex photosynthetic bacteria and Bacillus subtillis were immobilized by sodium alginate and zeolite. The wastewater from Trionyx sinensis culture pond was treated with immobilized complex photosynthetic bacteria, immobilized Bacillus subtillis, Ipomoea aquatiea, alone or in combination. The effects of wastewater purification were investigated. Results showed that the treatment performance was the best in the four different methods, when the wastewater was purified by Ipomoea aquatica in combination with immobilized bacteria. The removal rates of CODMn, NH^+4-N, NO^-3-N, NO^-2-N,情 PO^-34-N in wastewater were 88.7%, 87.3%, 90.8%, 98.3% and 74.9% respectively, after 15 days treating. The removal rate of NH^+4-N, NO^-3-N and NO^-2-N treated by Ipomoea aquatica was much higher than those of immobilized complex photosynthetic bacteria and B. subtillis. The removal rates ofNH^+4-N, NO^-3-N and NO^-2-N treated by immobilized complex photosynthetic bacteria was much higher than that of immobilized B. subtillis. However, the removal rate of CODMn treated by immobilized B. subtillis was the highest, which was up to 90.6%. The results could be applied in aqua- culture wastewater purification for reference.
