摘要
在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl水溶液中,用PS-168C电化学测量系统分别测定了合金元素含量(w)分别为3.0%Cu、0.06%Mg、0.1%Si、0.75%Mn、0.2%Sb和0.1%Sn的ZA27合金,以及不含合金元素的二元ZA27合金的自腐蚀电位、线性极化电阻、自腐蚀电流和塔菲尔常数等电化学参数。在扫描电镜下观察了各合金腐蚀前后的形貌。结果表明,所加入的合金元素均降低了ZA27的耐蚀性能,其中锡的影响最大。
The electrochemical parameters of seven ZA27 alloys, which contains (mass fraction) 3.0% Cu, 0.06%Mg, 0.1% Si, 0.75%Mn, 0.2% Sb, 0.1% Sn and no alloy element, respectively, such as self-corrosion potential, linear polarization resistance, self-corrosion current and Tafel constant, were measured by using PS-168C electrochemistry measurement system in 3.5%NaC1 solution. The surface morphology of the samples before and after corrosion test was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that all the elements mentioned above, especially Sn, decrease the corrosion resistance of ZA27 alloy.
