摘要
讨论了高级别管线钢目前常用的几种晶粒组织控制方法和各项技术的应用情况,对其中的热点问题进行了分析,并重点阐述了通过添加第二相粒子改善高级别管线钢焊接热影响区(HAZ)韧性的应用,同时对晶粒组织控制研究的最新进展、存在问题以及今后的发展方向做了进一步的分析。
The several common used methods of controlling grain structure of high-level pipeline steel and the application of all kinds of technologies at present were discussed, the hot problem was analyzed. The application of improving the toughness of welding heat affected zone(HAZ) in high-level pipeline steel by adding second phase particle was explained, and the latest progress, existing problems and further development of controlling grain structure in the future was analyzed.
