摘要
分析了2000MW级风电行星架大型铸钢件铸造生产过程中出现的缩孔缺陷的成因。提出了消除该类缺陷的几种主要工艺措施和方法:浇注位置的合理选择、浇注系统的优化设计、冒口系统的改进、冷铁的优化设置、浇注工艺的改进等措施。通过采用这些措施,有效地消除了铸件的缩孔缺陷。
The cause of shrinkage defects of large steel castings in 2000MW class wind power generation planet carrier in casting process was analyzed. And several main measures and methods to eliminate this shrinkage defects were proposed: a reasonable choice of the casting position, an optimal design of gating system, an improvements of riser system, an optimization of cold iron set, an improvements of casting process, and so on. By adopting these measures, the shrinkage defects of the castings can effectively be eliminated in production.
