摘要
针对该产品体积大、壁薄、结构复杂的实际,采用垂直分型组芯造型,选择浇注时间为11.6 s、内浇道截流面积为1 800 mm2、浇注温度为720±10℃,采用芯头抽气装置、分型面开设出气槽等措施,防止了铸造缺陷的产生,提高了铸件质量。通过先淬火后检验校正再时效处理的热处理工艺和防变形工装,解决了热处理过程中的变形问题。
Aimed at the practice of the castings with bulky, thin wall and complex structure, the process of vertical parting of cores modelling was used. Choosing the casting timel 1.6s, the ingate section area 1 800 mm, pouring temperature (720±10)℃, and adopting the process measures of a core head suction device and opening air outlet groove in the parting surface, casting defects were prevented and the quality of the product was improved. Through the heat treatment process of first quenching, then test correction and aging treatment, and the preventing deformation tools, the deformation problem in heat treatment was solved.
