摘要
沉降计算是地基基础工程中的三大难题之一,特别是大体量桩筏基础及桩基础等深基础与上部结构协同作用下的沉降计算。本文以规模较大、桩筏基础、相邻基础的影响较大、荷载分布严重不均匀、对基础变形控制要求十分严格的某改扩建工程为例,采用上部结构—地基—桩筏基础的协同作用分析方法对基础沉降和差异沉降进行了研究,采用变刚度调平设计方法对桩筏基础设计进行了优化。通过实测沉降数据和单桩压桩试验数据证明计算结果是符合实际的。
The settlement calculation, especially the analysis between the large-scale pile-raft foundation or pile foundation and upper structure, is one of the three difficult problems on foundation engineering which has not been solved. Taking the large-scale project that adopts pile-raft foundation with the high nonuniform load distribution and the larger influence from the neighboring foundation as the example, the foundation design is optimized through the study of the foundation settlement and the differential settlement and the coordination analysis between pile-raft foundation and upper structure. The calculation result is proved to be conformed to the actual conditions by using the measured settlement and the data from single- pile pressing test.
