湿润烧伤膏对减轻拔甲术后换药疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of MEBO in Relieving Pain during Dressing Changes after Extracting Ingrown Nails

目的观察分析湿润烧伤膏对减轻拔甲术后换药疼痛的临床效果。方法选取成人双侧拇指拔甲术后病例19例,左侧拇指术后创面应用湿润烧伤膏做成的药纱换药治疗作为观察组,右侧拇指术后创面应用凡士林油纱布治疗作为对照组,分别于术后第1、3、5、7天予以创面换药,采用数字化疼痛强度计分表对换药时创面疼痛情况进行记录,采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行统计学分析,应用t检验比较两组创面换药时疼痛程度的差异。结果观察组疼痛分值为4.05±2.16,对照组疼痛分值为8.46±3.82,观察组与对照组疼痛程度相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏能明显减轻拔甲术后换药时创面的疼痛。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in relieving pain during dressing changes after extracting ingrown nails. Methods A total of 19 adults after extracting bilateral thumb fingernails were selected. In the experimental group, thumbs of left hands were treated with MEBO, while in the control group, thumbs of right hands were treated with Vaseline gauze. Dressings were changed on days 1, 3, 5 and 7, and the pain scale during dressing change was recorded with NRS and analyzed with the statistical software SPSS12.0, t test with α =0.05. The pain differences between the two groups during the dressing changes were compared. Results The pain scale of the experimental group was 4. 05± 2. 16 while in the control group, it was 8.46± 3.82, of which the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion MEBO can significantly relieve the pain during dressing changes after extracting ingrown nails.
