创疡贴治疗老年带状疱疹80例疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in Treating Herpes Zoster of 80 Elderly Patients

目的探讨创疡贴在带状疱疹治疗中的优势。方法对80例老年带状疱疹,采取针刺疱疹并涂抹阿昔洛伟膏后,应用创疡贴外敷换药治疗。结果局部胀痛、跳痛立刻缓解,疼痛大大减轻,1周之内发生的带状疱疹3 d～5 d即愈合;1周以上发生感染的带状疱疹创面,5 d～7 d愈合。结论创疡贴外敷封闭疗法治疗带状疱疹简便易行,疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective To explore the advantages of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 80 elderly patients with herpes zoster were studied. Firstly the herpes was prodded by needles, and then, MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing were attached on the wound sites after smearing Aciclovir Ointment. Results The topical swelling pain and throbbing pain was immediately alleviated. A herpes zoster active for no more than a week healed in 3days 5days ; while those being active for more than a week and complicated with infection healed in 5days -7days. A very satisfying therapeutic efficacy was obtained. Conclusion The closure therapy with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in treating herpes zoster is easy to operate and can realize satisfying the rapeutical results, deserving to be popularied.
