摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定清热解毒软胶囊中黄芩苷和栀子苷的含量。方法样品采用石油醚脱脂,50%甲醇超声提取。色谱柱为COSMOSIL C18-MS-Ⅱ柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为238nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果黄芩苷、栀子苷的平均回收率分别为104.2%、99.26%,RSD分别为2.0%、1.7%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于清热解毒软胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine Baicalin and Geniposide in Qingrejiedu Soft Capsules. Methods COSMOSIL C18-MS-Ⅱ column was applied with a mobile phase of methanol- 0.2% phosphoric acid in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Results The average recoveries were 104.2% for Baicalin with RSD of 9,. 0%; 99.26% for Geniposide with RSD of 1.7% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, specific and accurate, which can be used for quality control of Qingrejiedu Soft Capsules.
