摘要
杭州西湖申遗成功后,交通问题与世界遗产保护管理的矛盾受到各方高度关注。在评估交通现状和分析问题成因基础上,提出了遗产区的交通发展应该从传统的管理模式转型为以过境分流、需求管理、公交优先为主导的管控模式。从定性、定量和定措施三方面提出了相应的交通策略与措施,为杭州西湖"再活千年"创造一个可持续发展的交通环境。
After the West Lake Cultural Landscape of Hangzhou was successfully inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List,traffic problems and world heritage conservation and management have drawn great attention.This article evaluated the traffic condition of the West Lake Cultural Landscape of Hangzhou and proposed that the traffic of World Heritage Site should be transformed from the traditional management mode into a new one that focused on distribution,requirements,and public transport priority.It also put forward some traffic strategies and measures that would help to create sustainable traffic conditions for the West Lake Cultural Landscape of Hangzhou.
