摘要
研究从制度驱动力和市场驱动力的博弈角度,分析以多轮行政区划变革为代表的行政分权和再集权化以及市场化的深入对中国城市群发展的影响,将中国城市群的城市化发展划分为省内就地城市化、以镇为载体的"双轨城市化"和省际异地城市化三个阶段,并以长三角城市群为例,从人流、通勤流、金融流等横向联系对中国城市群的内部分化和演进趋势展开实证研究,认为传统城市群内部的人口、通勤联系正逐步让位于高端商务通勤和金融联系,由此催生了城市群多层次、不同类型功能网络的分化。
The study analyzes the influence of China's multiple administrative changes, the centralization and decentralization of administrative power, on urban agglomeration development, and categorizes China's urban agglomeration development into three phases: on-site urbanization, dual-track urbanization, and cross-provincial urbanization. The paper studies Yangtze Delta urban agglomeration from population, logistics, finance, and their divergence power on China's urban agglomeration evolution. The paper argues the traditional dominant factors like population and commuting are giving way to high end business and financial communication, and this has caused the stratification of different scales and types of urban agglomerations.
