Type-selection of FCS and Integration with DCS

现场总线控制系统 (FCS)工业应用日益广泛 ,但在实际应用中 ,针对具体的生产过程选定FCS仍较困难。考虑到DCS技术成熟、应用广泛以及生产过程的实际情况 ,在现有的DCS控制系统中如何集成现场总线的新技术是一个很重要的问题。本文探讨了选择FCS时应注意的问题 ,并就FCS与DCS集成的问题 。

Fieldbus Control System (FCS) has being applied progressively in industry.But in practical applications,it is difficult to select appropriate FCS for specific process system.Considering mature technology,wide-range application of DCS and condition of actual process,authors think that it is an important problem to integrate new technology of fieldbus with current DCS control system.So type-selection of FCS will be discussed in the paper,and some ideas and approaches about integration DCS with FCS will also be presented.
