油水井封堵管外串技术研究

摘要 利用组合堵剂(前沿触变类堵剂+选择性凝胶堵剂+颗粒型堵剂)及段塞式挤注堵剂施工工艺技术,在油水井管外串的综合治理过程中.取得较好封堵效果。本文就管外串油水井生产特征、封堵剂的研制、配套施工工艺等技术进行了论述。该技术有效克服了水泥挤封、二次固井的诸多弊端。堵剂配方优选及施工工艺优化是其技术关键。 The comprehensive management process of plugging the "crossflow outside tube string" Oil wells achieve better plugging effect, by using the technology of construction with combined plugging agent (forefront thixotropic kind of plugging agent + selective gel plugging agent + particle-type plugging agent) and slug-like injection- by-squeezing plugging agent. The production features of oil/water wells with crossflow outside tube string, preparation of plugging agents, and supporting construction technology have been discussed in this paper. A good many of disadvantages, like sealing with cement-squeezing and second cementing wells, has been eft^ctively overcome by applying these technologies. The optimization of directions for producing the plugging agents and construction technology optimization is the key technologies.
