坪桥区污水处理及回注系统改造工程效果分析

摘要 通过工程改造,建立了长2层污水和长6层污水2套独立回注系统,同时对污水进行了过滤处理.使回注的污水水质达到了注水要求。长2层污水和长6层污水实现了分层回注,避免了管网腐蚀结垢对污水回注的影响,保证了油田生产正常运行,同时每年节约了用于更换腐蚀结垢管网的费用达60万元,取得了比较好的效果。 Two sets of independent injection-back system of sewage from Chang2 and Chang6 reservoirs are estab- lished, through transformation of the project. At the same time the sewage water is treated by filtering. The quality of returned sewage water meets the requirements of the injection water standard. Sewage from Chang2 reservoir and sewage from Chang6 reservoir have been achieved with stratified injection-back. The pipeline corrosion and scaling impact on sewage injection-back was avoided, which guarantee the normal operation of oil production, while annual savings for the replacement of corroded and scaled pipelines reaching 600 thousand CNY. Rather good results have achieved.
