Independent Media Program is important mean and tool of the U.S.democracy assistance in Central Asia.The main approaches are:creating appropriate legal environment for independent media survival and development,enhancing the vocational skills and technical expertise of the independent media,providing material supports and utilizing media development index as a political criteria to suppress the Central Asian countries.Independent Media Program is the powerful tool to influence the political development of target countries.It has complex and far-reaching impacts on Central Asian countries.
