摘要
靖平25-17井在斜井段入窗钻进过程中,由于地层的变化,进入气层后井斜微欠,滑动钻进时造成卡钻。现场先后采用了浸泡柴油、解卡剂、原油等解卡措施,均未取得效果。由于目的层为白云岩,螺杆和钻铤都在目的层,现场采用盐酸浸泡顺利解卡。因此,对于卡点位于酸溶解性地层,可开泵循环的卡钻事故,均可尝试酸化方法解卡。
During drilling down into the inclined intervals, the horizontal well Jing-ping 25-17 slightly lacked of inclination when entered the gas reservoirs, and the drill pipe sticking was caused when drilling down by sliding. On the site several stuck pipe freeing measures such as the diesel soaked, stuck pipe freeing agent, and crude oil, have not achieved results. As the target zone is dolomite, and the screw and drill collar are both in the target zone, on-site use of hydrochloric acid soaking gets a smooth solution to the sticking. As a result, for the sticking accidents that the sticking point at acid-dissolved formations, and suitable to opening the pump cycling, the acidizing methods can be applied to try for stuck pipe freeing without exception.
