安塞油田含油污泥无害化处理技术研究

Study of Innocuous Treatment Technology of Oil-Bearing Sludge in Ansai Oiifield

含油污泥是油田企业生产过程中的主要污染源之一，通过对含油污泥的组分分析及无害化处理技术研究试验。确定了适合安塞油田的含油污泥处理技术体系，该技术利用物理化学方法实现了含油污泥的无害化处理，在解决环境污染问题的同时．又实现了固体废弃物的资源化利用。

Oil-beating sludge is one of the major sources of pollution in oil production process. Through the pilot studies of component analysis and innocuous treatment technology of the oil-beating sludge, innocuous treatment technology system of the oil-beating sludge suitable to Ansai oilfield is determined. With the technology by use of physical and chemical methods, innocuous treatment of the oil-bearing sludge has been achieved. The utilization of the solid waste resources is achieved at the same time of solving the problem of environmental pollution.
