恶性脑梗死治疗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 恶性脑梗死(MCI)是一种常见的重症脑血管病,常因严重的脑水肿、颅内压升高而最终发生脑疝;完全性大脑中动脉(MCA)闭塞是其最常见的类型,故又称恶性大脑中动脉综合征。MCI发生率约占所有卒中的10%,内科治疗的死亡率为80%。现将近年来关于MCI治疗的研究进展综述如下。
