摘要
长庆气田过去在天然气井压裂过程中,由于液氮泵车与S&S-2000型压裂车纽不能配套使用,现场无法实时采集液氮数据,影响了压裂过程的监测,给压裂资料的分析带来了不利的影响。本文将结合长庆气田S&S-2000型压裂设备和液氯泵车特点,对设备进行配套改造,使之能准确监测、记录液氮的数据,满足现场施工的要求。该项技术的成功不但提供了准确的液氮原始资料,而且有利于气井压后排液效果的分析和液氮伴注工艺的发展,从而促进了气井压裂工艺技术的进一步完善。
In the natural gas well fracturing process of Changqing gasfield in the past, because the liquid nitrogen pump vehicle groups can not be matched with S&S-2000 fracturing vehicle group, liquid nitrogen data can not be collected in real time on the site, which affects the monitoring of fracturing process, and brings adverse impact to fracturing data analysis. This paper will combine the characteristics of Changqing Gasfield S&S-2000 fracturing equipment and liquid nitrogen pump vehicles to carry out supporting reform for the device, so that it can accurately monitor and record the data of liquid nitrogen to meet the requirements of the site construction. The success of this technology not only provides accurate liquid nitrogen raw data, but also is beneficial for analyzing gas well pressure rear liquid discharge effect and prompting the development of liquid nitrogen accompanying injection technology, thereby promoting further improvement of gas well fracturing process technology.
