影响功图法油井计量系统计产结果的误差分析

摘要 功图法油井计量技术是以实测示功图数据为依据,通过对采集光杆示功图的分析,计算出相应泵功图,确定泵的有效冲程,求得油井产液量。本文系统总结了现场设计、安装和使用过程中,功图法油井计量系统在数据采集、数据传输、数据处理、测试技术要求、操作规程等方面存在的误差,对影响功图法油井计量系统误差的因素进行归纳剖析,提出了相应的解决方案,以便在今后的生产应用中降低计量误差,达到提高油井计量准确度的目的。 The oil well measurement technology by load-position diagram method is based on the data from actual measurement of the load-position diagram. Through analysis of the polished rod load-position diagram, calculate the corresponding pump diagram to determine the effective pump stroke, and obtain the liquid production of the well. This paper sums up systematically the errors of load-position diagram method oil metering system in data acquisition, data transmission, data processing, testing, technical requirements, operational procedures and other aspects, based on the in-situ design, installation and use process, the influence factors of load-position diagram oil metering system errors are summarized and analyzed, and the corresponding solution program is proposed, so that to reduce the measurement errors in the future production application, to achieve purpose of greater degree of accurate well measurement.
