摘要
油井防砂的成功与否受多种因素影响。为了高防砂措施的成功率，给出了防砂的典型步骤。从地质、开采、流体性质等方面具体分析了出砂机理，介绍了机械防砂、化学防砂以及复合防砂工艺基本原理以及防砂工艺的选择．讨论了防砂井产能评价和预测的基本指标和方法。采用该套方案不但有利于提高防砂措施的成功率和有效率．而且有助于操作者和决策者正确地分析防砂措施效果好坏的原因。
In order to enhance the efficiency of sand control job, the model steps of solution method were presented in this paper. It includes the identification of sand productinn mechanism from geology ,production and fluid aspect , the selectiou of technology of sand control including mechanical sand control technology ,chemical sand control technology and composite sand technology were introduced and evaluation and prediction of productivity of sand control well were discussed and analysis . Using this suit of method, it not only can improve the efficiency of sand control, but also can help runner and the decision-making to analyses the effects.
