Y241分压合采管柱简化理论研究与实验

摘要 水力锚砂卡是造成长庆气田采用的Y241封隔器分压合采管柱起钻成功率偏低的主要原因之一。针对这一问题,从简化Y241封隔器分压合采管柱下封隔器上的水力锚入手,对管柱受力进行了分析,并通过实验验证,为优化Y241分压合采管柱结构提供一定的理论依据。 Facilitating separate layer fracturing and commingling string with Y241 packers has been applied in Changqing Gas Field. Based on the Analysis, it has been taken that hydraulic anchor cause of sand is one of main reasons for the low success rate in hoisting the string. To solve this problem, the hydraulic anchor on the top of the underneath packer has been simplified on the start of the theoretical research and experiment in this paper. It provides a certain theoretical basis so as to optimize the facilitating separate layer fracturing and commingling string with Y241 packers.
