摘要 水平井裸眼分段压裂相比其他技术具有不需要固井、成本低、建井周期短、压裂作业时间减少、多级分段(最高可达13级)等优点,特别适合苏里格地区推广使用,可增大储层裸露面积,提高产量,减少地面植被破坏,是苏里格气田快速高效开发重要手段。压裂完井管柱能否顺利下入是决定完井成败的关键环节,一定要在水平钻进阶段做好井壁稳定工作,完井管柱及工具性能应具有较好的井眼适应性,能够提高完井管柱的可下入性,减少通并作业量。 Comparing with conventional methods, horizontal well open hole staged fraeturing has more advantages, such as no cementing, lower cost, short well construction period, reducing fracturing time, multistage subsection (up to 13), and so on. Tbis technology is particularly suitable for Sulige region to use and popularize. It can increase the exposed area of the reservoir, improve production, and reduce destruction of terrestrial vegetation. It is an important means of rapid and efficient development to Sulige gas field. It is crucial to decide the success of completion that fracturing completion string can run into smoothly. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure well face stability during the drilling in horizontal segment. Completion string and tools perforumance should be better adaptability for bore hole to improve the tripability of completion string and reduce the work of drafting process.
