经肱动脉行椎动脉支架成形术治疗椎动脉狭窄 被引量:2

Effect of vertebral artery stent angioplasty through brachial artery route

摘要 目的:探讨经肱动脉行椎动脉支架置入术的可行性、安全性及优缺点。方法:选取同期行椎动脉支架置入术的患者23例,按入路血管分为肱动脉组(5例)和股动脉组(18例),对比其穿刺成功率、手术成功率、手术时间、X线照射时间、并发症发生率,并进行统计学处理。结果:两组穿刺成功率、手术成功率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肱动脉组手术时间、X射线照射时间长于股动脉组,达到90min以及60min(P<0.05);但肱动脉组无并发症发生,其并发症发生率低于股动脉组,并发症发生率11%(P<0.05)。结论:经肱动脉行椎动脉支架置入术安全可行,并发症少且轻微,可以作为椎动脉支架置入术的选择入路之一。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility, safety, advantages and disadvantages of vertebral artery stent an gioplasty by the way of brachial artery. Methods: The vertebral artery stent angioplasty was performed in 23 patients and they were divided into brachial artery group(n= 13)and femoral artery group (n= 10). The success ratios of puncture and procedure, the operation time, X-ray exposure time and complication were compared and analysed. Results: There were no differences in the puncture success rate and procedure success rate between the two groups (P〉0.05). The operation time and the X-ray exposure time were significantly longer, which were 90mins and 60mins. and the complication rate (0) was obviously lower in brachial artery group than those in femoral artery group (11 %) (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The way of bra chial artery for vertebral artery stent angioplasty is safe,feasible with few complications. So the brachial artery may be re garded as one of alternative way for vertebral artery stent angioplasty.
