摘要
目的:在微种植钉表面制备纳米银羟基磷灰石(HAp/nanosilver)涂层,并检验涂层的溶血率。方法:采用电化学沉积的方法在微种植钉表面上制备HAp/nanosilver涂层并给予表征,同时进行溶血试验,检测含该涂层的种植钉的血液相容性。结果:成功制备出含纳米银羟基磷灰石涂层的微种植钉,表征的HAp/nanosilver涂层溶血率为1.15%,小于5%,符合材料溶血要求。结论:含银羟基磷灰石涂层不会引起急性溶血反应,具有良好的血液相容性。
Objetive: To preparate the Nanosilver-containing hydroxyapatite coatings on the surface of the titanium miniscrew and investigate its haemolysis rate. Method:The electrochemical deposition technology was adopted to construct the Nanosilver-containing hydroxyapatite coatings on the surface of the titanium miniscrew and to characterise it, then use the flash rabbit blood to do the haemolysis test. Result: The haemolysis rate of the characteristic Nanosilver-containing hydroxya- patite coatings is 1.15 %, and it complys to the requirements of less than 5 %. Conclusion:The Nanosilver-containing hydroxyapatite coatings will not induce acute haemolysis.it has a good blood compatibilty.
