解决自留山遗留问题是此次集体林权制度改革的重点之一。福建省建瓯市各地区针对当地的具体情况,制定出各种解决自留山遗留问题的办法。笔者从业务工作的角度,对一些个案进行分析,并对解决自留山遗留问题提出几点看法。
