灵敏显色与多元回归用于多组分分析之研究

摘要 采用多元回归法系统研究了灵敏显色反应用于无机多组分分析。将四 (4 -磺基苯 )卟啉(TPPS)为显色剂 ,与金属离子铁 (Ⅲ )、铜 (Ⅱ )、锌 (Ⅱ )发生灵敏显色 ,选取共同适宜条件 ,结合多元线性回归 (MLR)或矩阵求解法 (AKC、CPA)实现了三者的同时测定。 Organic multi-component analysis was carried out by sensitive color development reaction combined with multiple linear regression. The results show that, Using 4(tetra-sulfopheny) porphyrin as color reagent, sensitine color development reactions took place between it and the metallic ions Fe(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) under proper conditions, thus the simultaneous measurements of the three kinds of ions were realized by combining sensitive color development with multi-component linear regression and matrix ananlysis.
