十七届六中全会把人才建设摆在文化强国的突出位置,这把我国经济与社会转型所面临的创意人才队伍培养等问题提上日程。创新人才队伍是创新型国家建设的根本性推动力量,应加快文化体制改革,塑造文化创新的良好社会环境和创新文化生态,重视对创意群体的调查与研究,积极寻求可持续人才战略与方案,迅速扩大创新人才队伍建设,不断为文化创意产业注入创新动力,以从根本上促进社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣。

The construction of qualified personnel has been put at the prominent position of the policy of Strengthening China by Culture in the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee,which writes questions such as the cultivation of personnel group of creativity at the turning of economy and society on our schedule.The personnel group of creativity is the basic promoting force to construct a nation with originality,so we should accelerate the change of culture system,make a good social environment and ecology of cultural innovation,pay attention to the investigation and study of the personnel group of creativity,actively seek the strategy and plan of sustainable personnel,quickly expand the building of creative personnel,and put dynamic power into cultural creative industry,so as to essentially boost the development and glorification of socialist culture.
