发展农村成人教育对于我国建设社会主义新农村、实现国民经济快速发展和农民脱贫致富有着重要作用。然而,目前我国农村成人教育的发展面临着思想认识不够、体制不合理、师资队伍匮乏、经费投入不足等严峻的问题。因此,各地政府应站在战略性高度,结合当地实际情况,转变观念,积极采取有力措施,大力推进农村成人教育的发展。

For the construction of a new socialist countryside in China, the development of adult education in rural areas have an important role in the rapid development of the national economy and local farmers. However, the rural development of adult education facing the thinking and understanding is not enough, institutional unreasonable, lack of teachers, insufficient funding serious problem. Therefore, local governments should be standing on a strategic height, the actual local situation, changing con- cepts, and actively take effective measures to vigorously promote the development of adult education in rural areas.
