摘要 本文分析了初中教师压力的主要来源,提出了四个良方,使教师能通过自我管理,调控自身压力,解决身心问题并提高工作效率。 This paper analyzes the major sources of stress of junior high school teachers, put forward four recipes, make teachers through self-management and regulation of its own pressure to address the physical and mental problems and im- prove work efficiency.
