This paper described the relationship between the discourse of teachers and students, teachers and teaching ma- terials to the understanding of Dewey＇s view of teacher： Dewey is opposed to the absolute position of authority in the tradi- tional educational theory teachers, a ＂children＇s center＂, to oppose the absolute authority of the teacher to a whole new per- spective on teachers＇ roles to upgrade and construct rich the unity of the role of teachers. Based on this, draw the teacher＇s role： the conclusions of the guide, the organizers, the course developer, and the students＇ friends.
