摘要
文章通过论述教师与学生、教师与教材的关系来阐述对杜威教师观的理解:杜威反对传统教育理论中教师绝对权威地位,提出"儿童中心论",反对教师绝对权威,以一个全新的视角对教师角色进行提升和建构,丰富教师角色的单一性。基于此得出教师的角色:引导者、组织者,课程的研制者,学生的朋友的结论。
This paper described the relationship between the discourse of teachers and students, teachers and teaching ma- terials to the understanding of Dewey's view of teacher: Dewey is opposed to the absolute position of authority in the tradi- tional educational theory teachers, a "children's center", to oppose the absolute authority of the teacher to a whole new per- spective on teachers' roles to upgrade and construct rich the unity of the role of teachers. Based on this, draw the teacher's role: the conclusions of the guide, the organizers, the course developer, and the students' friends.
