农村职教师资校本培训存在的问题探讨

我国社会的发展、建设农村小康社会和新农村都对农村职业教育的发展提出了新要求。教师是农村职业教育的灵魂,校本培训是促进农村职业教育教师发展的有效方式。然而在农村职教师资校本培训中存在着一些问题,将这些问题进行了分析后才能形成相应对策。

The teachers are the soul of rural vocational education, school-based training is an ef- fective way to promote the development of rural vocational education teachers. However there are some problems in the rural voca- tional teachers school-based training, these issues are analyzed in order to form the corresponding countermeasures.
