As an important base of talent training, it is especially important for college to develop and manage teachers. System in the development and planning of teacher career, can promote the development of the teachers, and realize the overall develop- ment. Now some errors in the understanding of the teachefs career planning obstruct the development of the teachers and the col- lege. Through the error analysis, this article hopes to provide the reference for the college career management work.
