摘要
本文运用"宽带薪酬"理论对独立学院的教师薪酬制度进行分析。根据宽带薪酬设计的原则,结合独立学院薪酬制度的实际情况,构建与之相适应的独立学院的宽带薪酬制。最后指出独立院校实行宽带薪酬制度需要注意的几个问题。
The sustainable development of Independent Colleges depends on a high-level and high-quality teachers' team. However, one of the important factors influencing teachers' HR team is the payment systems. So this paper intends to use the "broadband salary" theory to analyze the payment systems of independent colleges. According to the principle of broadband salary design, and the basic steps of broadband salary design, combined with the independent college salary system's actual situation, the payment systems of independent colleges is reconstructed.
