摘要
高校信息化,是指随着现代信息技术的发展,高校根据自身的需要,采用先进的信息技术来加强管理能力、提高教学质量、促进科研水平、改善生活环境。实现高校的信息化,是信息经济条件下高校发展的大势所趋。因此高校信息化建设要重视信息化系统建设,加强信息化人才队伍的建设与管理,有效整合各类资源,充分调动一切有利因素,统筹兼顾、分步推进,确保信息化建设的全面、协调、可持续发展。
