高校办学规模越来越大,而90后学生心理承受能力较弱,学生心理问题频繁发生,这些都给辅导员开展思想教育工作提出了巨大的挑战。本研究以中国石油大学(北京)油气储运工程专业2010级辅导员的人人网主页为例,试图探讨辅导员利用人人网平台开展学生思想教育工作新模式,为辅导员利用人人网等社交平台管理学生提供经验教训。

The university scales growing, and 90s student mental endurance is weak, the students＇ psychological problems fre- quently occur, which gave the counselor to carry out ideological education work made a huge challenge. This study take the homepage of renren website of 2010th counselor in China University of Petroleum （Beijing） oil and gas storage and transporta- tion engineering for example, the counselor at＂tempts to explore renren network platform to carry out ideological education work a new model, for the counselor to use of renren network and other social networking platform to manage students.
