摘要
本文在对我国软饮料行业现状分析的基础上选取资源、范围和财务指标作为战略变量,通过聚类分析在软饮料行业划分出5个战略群组,并根据企业发展情况对每个群组进行分析,深刻剖析软饮料行业的竞争格局,最后对软饮料企业的发展提出一些可供借鉴的意见和建议。
Based on the analysis on the status quo of China' s soft drinks industry, this paper selects resources, scope and f'mancial indicators as strategic variables, divides the soft drinks industry into five strategic groups. Then each group is analyzed from the perspective of development situation so that the competitive landscape of the soft drinks industry can be concluded. Finally this paper makes some comments and suggestions to the development of the soft drink companies.
