寝室是大学生几年生活的一个重要的空间，对学生的学习、生活的影响很大，搞好寝室的建设， 对加强整个学校的教育和管理工作有事半功倍的效果，主要在近一年全面推行的文明寝室建设 工作实践的基础上，对学生寝室建设进行目标管理等方面进行探索．

Dormitories are an important space there college students live for a few years, which have great influence on their study, life and growth. A good construction of dormitories will strengthen the education and management of the whole college and will get more result with less effort. On the basis of the practice of all-round construction of civilized dormitories for about one year, this paper has explored how to promote the construction under target management.
