摘要
目的以低场强MRIT1WI序列及T2WI序列为检查手段,分析低场磁共振对脊柱转移瘤的有效诊断及在MRI上的表现。方法选取2008年~2011年来进行MRI检查的43例脊柱转移瘤患者,全部采用深圳市安科公司openmarkⅡ0.2T磁共振仪进行扫描,扫描序列包括自旋回波(SE)T1WI和快速自旋回波(FSE)T2WI序列,部分还增加了梯度回波(GRE)序列,其中大部分病人做了MRI增强扫描。结果分析比较SET1WI序列和FSET2WI序列的扫描显示病灶数及特征,FSET2WI序列的病灶数明显低于SET1WI序列(P<0.05),且FSET2WI序列显示病灶清晰度明显低于SET1WI序列(P<0.05)。结论 SET1WI序列对脊柱转移瘤的诊断效果明显比FSET2WI序列要好。
Objective Using low field strength MRI of T1WI sequence and T2WI sequence to check low field magnetic resonance,and analyze the effective diagnosis of low field magnetic resonance imaging of spinal metastases and on MRI.Methods This research choosing 43 patients who came to our hospital from 2008 to 2011 MRI with spinal metastases,all were treated with openmark II 0.2T magnetic resonance imaging machine(Shenzhen ANKE Company).Scanning sequences included spin echo(SE) on T1WI and fast self-cycle wave(FSE) T2WI sequence,part of an increase of gradient echo(GRE) sequence,in which the majority of patients do enhanced MRI.Results The analysis of SET1WI sequence and FSET2WI sequence scan showed a lesion number and characteristics of FSET2WI sequence number of lesions was significantly lower than the SET1WI sequence(P〈0.05) and the sequence FSET2WI lesion definition was below SET1WI sequence(P〈0.05).Conclusion SET1WI sequence in the diagnosis of spinal metastases is better than sequence FSET2WI.
