乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白检测在乙肝诊治中的应用

目的探讨乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白检测在乙型肝炎诊断与治疗中的应用。方法选取2010年1月～2011年12月HBV感染者共147例,同期147例体检健康者作为对照组,进行HBV-DNA和HBV-LP测定。结果 HBV-DNA和HBV-LP中HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb与HBsAg、HBcAb阳性检出率明显低于HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcA(bP<0.05);HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb与HBsAg、HBcAb的HBV-DNA、HBV-LP阳性检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组中HBV-DNA、HBV-LP阳性检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HBV-DNA阳性率与HBV-LP检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);HBV-DNA随着治疗的进行逐渐降低,而治愈后乙肝病毒大蛋白阳性3例,表面抗原也随着治疗的进行逐渐减少。结论检测HBV-LP对反映HBV复制情况及预后有着重要的临床意义。

Objective Learn HBV-LP test for diagnosing and treating hepatitis B.Methods Choose 147 infected persons of HBV from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011.38 health persons were control group.Check the HBV-DNA and the HBV-LP.Results In HBV-DNA and HBV-LP,the positive rate of HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb with HBsAg and HBcAb were lower than HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb（P〉0.05）.The diverse of positive rate of HBVDNA and HBV-LP between HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb with HBsAg and HBcAb had no significance（P〉0.05）.The diverse of positive rate of HBVDNA and HBV-LP among each group had no significance（P〉0.05）.The positive rate of HBV-DNA and HBV-LP had no significance（P〉0.05）.HBVDNA,HBV-LP and surface antigen was reducing with the surgery.Conclusion HBV-L test is important for reflect the repeat situation and prognosis of HBV.
