肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮的临床疗效

目的探讨采用肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮的临床效果。方法将2010年1月～2011年11月收治的98例重度痔疮患者随机分为两组。对照组42例给予传统外剥切内扎手术治疗,实验组56例给予肛垫悬吊手术,对比两组患者的愈合时间、手术后并发症发生率等。结果实验组患者治愈率更高,治愈时间更短,患者手术后并发症少,两组患者比较有较为明显的差异,P<0.05。结论采用肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮具有较好的效果,优于传统手术,值得在临床应用。

Objective To explore the use of the anal cushions suspended the clinical effects of surgical treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods 98 cases were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2011,severe hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 42 patients are given conventional external dissection Qienei Zha surgery,the experimental group by 56 cases of anal cushion suspension surgery,compared to two groups of patients with healing time,incidence of complications after surgery.Results The experimental group was higher cure rate,healing time is shorter,patients with fewer complications after surgery,patients were more significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The anal cushion suspension surgical treatment of severe hemorrhoids with good results,better than traditional surgery,it is worth in clinical application.
