摘要
目的分析高血压的病因构成特点及临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年12月心血管内科2213例高血压患者病因分布情况及针对不同病因采取的治疗措施。结果 2213例高血压患者中原发性高血压为1472例,继发性高血压741例;741例继发性高血压中,以睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、原发性醛固酮增多症及肾实质性高血压为病因的患者所占的比例相对较大;根据2213例患者的不同情况,采取不同的治疗措施,治疗总有效率为90.01%。结论根据高血压患者的不同情况,采取不同的治疗措施,提高防治水平,对控制高血压具有重要的意义。
Objective Analysis the etiology and treatment of high blood pressure.Methods Retrospective analysis 2213 cases hypertension patients＇ distribution of pathogenesis and treatment measures.Results There were 1472 patients with essential hypertension and 741 patients with secondary hypertension.The Highest prevalence rate of secondary hypertension was sleep apnea Syndrome,the following were PA and renal hypertension.After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.01%.Conclusion It has the important significance that take different treatment measures based on cause.
