动态脑电图与心电图同步监测对发作性意识丧失的诊断价值

目的探讨动态脑电图(AEEG)与心电图(ECG)同步监测对发作性意识丧失的诊断价值。方法回顾分析40例发作性意识丧失患者的24hAEEG与ECG同步监测结果。结果 40例中诊断癫痫8例(20%),反射性晕厥13例(32.5%),心源性晕厥10例(25%),脑源性晕厥3例(7.5%),其它6例(15%)。结论 24hAEEG与ECG同步监测对发作性意识丧失的诊断与鉴别诊断有很大的应用价值。

Objective To explore diagnostic value of 24-hour active electroencephalogram（AEEG） and electrocardiogram（ECG） monitoring in patients with sudden unconscious attack.Methods The results of 24-hour AEEG and ECG monitoring in 40 patients with sudden unconscious attack were analyzed retrospectively.Results The diagnostic results of 40 cases were 10 cases of epilepsy（20%）,13 cases of reflexible syncope（32.5%）,10 cases of cardiogenic syncope,3 cases of cerebral syncope（7.5%） and 6 cases of other syncope（15%） respectively.Conclusion 24-hour AEEG and ECG monitoring might be of important diagnostic and differential diagnostic value in patients with sudden unconscious attack.
