摘要
针对 Ca2 +、Mg 2 +离子含量高的难解吸载金炭提出了用 [乙醇 +水 ]蒸汽 + Na2 CO3 + Na OH无氰解吸新工艺。此种解吸方法的解吸率可达 97.3 % ,解吸后炭含金在 1 0 0 g/ t以下 ,解吸时间可缩短至 6~ 6 .5 h。
A new cyanide free desorption process with addition of steam(alcobol+water), Na 2CO 3 and NaOH is proposed for dealing with gold loaded carbon with high Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ that is hard to be desorpted. The desorption efficiency of this process can be as high as 97 3%, gold conted in carbon after desorption is less than 100 g/t and the desorption time is reduced to 6~6 5 hours. [
