摘要 目的探讨运用气相色谱法对工作场所空气中的苯乙烯的时间加权平均浓度(TWA)进行测定。方法采用活性炭制作的采样管对工作场所空气进行采样,然后用溶剂解析样品中的苯乙烯,最后用气相色谱法对其进行测定。结果上述方法的线性范围为2.5~1000μg,相关性系数的平方(R2)为0.9992;检出限为2.5μg/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD%)的范围为2.9%~5.3%;活性炭对苯乙烯的穿透性较好,其穿透容量为29.2mg苯乙烯/100mg活性炭。结论运用气相色谱法对工作场所空气中的苯乙烯的浓度进行测定,达到了工作场所空气中毒物检测方法研究规范中的相关要求。 Obiective To investigate the application of gas chromatography in the air of workplace of styrene concentration time weighted average (TWA) determination. Methods using activated carbon production sampling tube on the air of workplace by solvent desorption sampling, and then in a sample of styrene, finally using gas chromatographic method for the determination of. Results the method was linear in the range of 2.5-1000 g, the correlation coefficient of the square (R2) is 0.9992; the detection limit is2.5 g / ml, the relative standard deviation ( RSD% ) in the range of 2.9%-5.3%; activated carbon for styrene penetrating better, its penetration capacity of 29.2 mg styrene/100mg activity carbon; Conclusion the use of gas chromatography in the air of workplace by determination of the concentration of styrene, reached the air in a workplace toxicants detection method of code requirements.
